TEETH CLEANING:

Dental plaque on the teeth are the most common dental health problem since almost every adult suffers from it.  Stains, tartar, plaque and bacteria on the teeth and below the gum line are aesthetically unpleasing and in case of treatment negligence it can lead to further dental health issues. The plaque is a layer built by bacteria that forms within minutes on freshly washed teeth. Once the bacteria start to stick to the teeth more and more bacteria attach to them. When the teeth is being brushed the layers of bacteria are being cleaned away but as the cleaning is done the process begins again. Anywhere where the brush could not reach the plaque is not being removed and the bacteria continue to grow creating a more complex structure. The thickened layer of bacteria create acid from carbohydrates and it hardens and forms into dental plaque. The dental plaque destroy the tooth enamel, causes gingivitis, tartar and may lead to premature tooth loss.

treatment:

The treatment starts with a thorough inspection about the teeth condition. Following the examination all the calculus gets removed by using an Ultrasonic Scaler. This new method of teeth cleaning is painless but anesthesia is available for request. As a final step, the cleaned teeth are polished by an Air Flow Salt Polisher that creates smooth teeth surface preventing bacteria from easy attachment on the teeth.

Following the treatment:

After the cleaning all the symptoms caused by bacteria, such as bleeding gums, gingivitis and bad breath, stop occurring. At the end, all patient receive proper instructions how to retain long lasting results. Back to Treatment list

PERIODONTAL GUM CARE:

The periodontal usually begins with mild periodontal symptoms that seem harmless, but later they lead teeth loss. The early symptoms are bleeding gums, gum tenderness, pain, ignition, unpleasant breath and halitosis. Without further treatment or quality oral hygiene the dental plagues that accumulated over the years with bacterial periodontal inflammation destroy the gum and cause jaw bone atrophy, the root of the teeth become visible then lose finally they fall out.

treatment:

The treatment of the Gingivitis is based on the stages of the disease. During the first meeting the level of the Gingivitis is observed: the quantity, the location and the scale of the plaques are noted and in severe cases of gingivitis a 3D X-rays are taken to determine the degree of the jaw bone atrophy. In milder cases, an Ultrasonic Scaler plaque removal with the Air Flow Salt Polisher treatment is enough. Also, each patient receive oral care advice to learn how to avoid further development of Gingivitis. In severe cases, besides gingivitis, bone atrophy appears around the teeth roots creating deep trenches. If these trenches get deeper the teeth become mobile and can fall out. To treat this stage a more serious and extensive therapy is needed. Tooth removal, placement of prosthesis or even the possibility of surgical treatment can be contemplated. Back to Treatment list

PROSTHETICS & DENTAL IMPLANTS:

The implant is made of high-purity titanium screw (artificial root), which is fully accepted by the organization. The titanium artificial root perfectly integrate to the jaw bone providing a secure foundation both for fixed and removable prosthesis. Prosthesis and dental implants may needed due to various reasons. If the missing tooth is visible or its absence complicates the chewing function it is encouraging to replace the tooth prosthesis to regain a healthy, natural and beautiful smile.

Metal-free zirconium oxide prosthesis: The metal-free prosthesis does not provoke any allergic reaction also it is aesthetic as well. The zirconium oxide is a very durable yet flexible material that can replace all the older metal based frames attached to the gum. The zirconium oxide frame is made with extreme accuracy since the produced prosthesis placed on the tooth stump is made by a special laser device. Also, all the crowns made of the zirconium oxide are perfect replacement of the original teeth thus zirconium can be tinted to any teeth shade creating a perfect match to their surroundings.

Treatment:

During the first meeting, the patient receives a thorough medical check-ups, which completed by a general laboratory test. After evaluating the test results, the doctor proposes an individual treatment plan and answers all questions regarding the method of the intervention. If there is no contradiction against the implantation a general oral hygiene rehabilitation is precede prior the surgery. The goal of this treatment is to eliminate every hazards (decayed teeth, sore teeth, untreated Gingivitis), which can affect the success of the implantation. Following the general hygiene treatment, the surgical plan is made incorporating all the X-rays, the CT scans, mouth measurement and plaster study to help determine the exact position of the prosthesis. During the implant placement local anesthesia is being applied that results a pain-free treatment. If necessary, a modern 3D recording and a prepared surgical plan also helps deliver a tenth of a millimeter precision implant placement to its pre-designed place. After the surgery the patient can leave the clinic with the temporary prosthesis. Before the final implant is being placed, the doctor makes the appropriate preparations.

Following the treatment:

The stitches can be removed 7 days after the surgery while the protected prosthesis further heals under the mucosal. The surgery is followed by a 4-6 month recovery time when the bone tissues grow into the bolts threads creating a stable integration. This process ends with the creation of the crown or bridge. ORAL SURGERY:

A completely safe and painless oral surgery can be performed while the healing time is being reduced thankful to the professional qualified doctors and the modern technology they use. Oral surgery may be needed in case of removal of tooth roots, wisdom teeth, tooth apex and inflamed tissue (cysts).

Treatment:

Before starting the intervention the medical specialist gains accurate information about the state of the patient’s teeth and the jaw bone joints by using digital imaging devices (3D X-rays, digital panoramic X-ray and lateral skull X-rays). After evaluating the results the doctor will create an individual treatment plan for the patient. Back to Treatment list

BRACES:

A regular and healthy teeth can provide well-being both in business and private life. Braces may be required for aesthetic and/or functional purposes too, but it can prevent further diseases later on as well. The disordered dentures are difficult to clean therefore having irregular teeth can lead to number of dental problems such as caries and gingivitis, while periodontal disease can occur at older age. In addition the tangled teeth can lead to the development of chewing and eating disorder. Thankful to the modern dental technology orthodontic treatment can be started at any age*, even at age of 60.

Type of braces:

Fixed braces

Invisible braces

Treatment:

After a thorough dental screening the specialist doctor will recommend an individual plan to the patient. Back to Treatment list

ANESTHETIC DENTISTRY:

With the development of modern medical science, dental procedures are almost painless, but many people still trigger of anxiety. The anesthetic dentistry is not just comfortable, but it allows a more precise and complicated interventions as well. During the anesthesia, the security and treatment of patients is guaranteed by trained anesthesiologist and assistants who follows the highest safety standards and uses the latest instrumentation.

In what case it is recommended:

In what case it is not recommended:

In case of any disorder mentioned above the anesthesia carries risk therefore the surgery can be performed only under intensive hospitalization care.

Attention:

Treatment:

The anesthetics for dental procedures is preceded by a general lab check-up. The result is verified by the anesthesia specialist, and in case of any issue the doctor may exclude or defer anesthesia. An intervention can be practiced on a completely healthy patient. Furthermore, an average intervention takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. However, surgeries that require a longer period of intervention, several steps and multiple anesthesia will be performed. 6 hours before anesthesia the patient must avoid eating, smoking and consuming liquids with caffeine and fruit pulp content. If the patient drank and eat prior the surgery it must be report it to the doctor. Furthermore, prior to the intervention all the make-up, contact lenses, jewelry, nail polish and removable implants must be removed.

Following the treatment:

After the surgery, under technical assistants’ supervision patients can relax in the recovery room. It is not recommended to consume any liquor after waking up 3 hours and consume solid food after waking up 6 hours. If the revival and regeneration asymptomatic, the patient is allowed to return home. After a day of anesthesia is not recommended to drive and do sports. Back to Treatment list

AESTHETIC DENTISTRY:

People can lose their teeth due to tooth decay, gum disease or even during accidents. Even tough teeth can be replaced it does not matter with what. Metal-free crowns and bridges satisfy the highest aesthetic performance while it does not cause any allergy reaction.

Zirconia oxide ceramic: Zirconia oxide, which has the same mechanical properties as metal, is widely used in medical world. Its frame is extremely stable, it has flexural and tensile strength therefore more complex ceramic bridges can be made. It can be tinted to the same color as the original tooth and its surrounding. Also, thankful to its light transmitted material there is no dark contour line between the gum and the edges of the dentures. Furthermore, using (CAD-CAM) computer technology a perfectly accurate prosthesis can be manufactured that reduces the risk of a secondary caries.

Glass-ceramic crown: Glass-ceramic crown is the new generation of metal-free dental implantation, which is a reinforced long lasting ceramic crown with Nano-crystalline structure. The glass-ceramic crowns and bridges are very durable and it can easily recall the original tooth structure and whiteness by its translucency and light permeability. This solution is perfect for filling gaps out and rebuild chipped/damaged tooth.

Ceramic shell prosthesis: In contrast to the crown it requires only a small scaled tooth sanding before its implementation. The shell implant does not cover the whole tooth only the surface covering all the hidden flaws. It is a beautiful and durable solution.

Porcelain fillings – inlays and onlays: All those teeth can be saved using inlay/onlay method, which are damaged due to tooth decay and it is not recommended to use a general tooth fillings. These 2 methods are suitable for large-scaled replacement of amalgam fillings. It does not cause any allergic therefore it is made of glass-ceramic, gold or the combination of the two. It has a high aesthetic appearance since the filling can be tinted exactly the same color as the original tooth. Using inlay/onlay fillings also preserve the original shape of the tooth while it provides a long lasting, well-fitted, perfectly functioning healthy solution. Back to Treatment list
